A new beginning

It’s been a long while since I set up this blog and life has changed a lot. I’m now stuck into my PhD and feel this will benefit my reflexive processes of writing up. I’ll also use it to blog about education, teaching and learning, digital technology, and empirical reflections on working the sector. I may also write about things I love: nature, culture, food and drink and books I may get to read that isn’t academic rhetoric, and I will endeavour to go beyond being cantankerous man. This blog name is used only as it was the one I originally chose. Probably come to regret that. Finally, since I’m an English teacher and writer, I reserve the right to make grammatical mistakes due to the clumping inertia within my fingers and the pain behind my eyes. Welcome back, me.
